Dr. Kerem Yıldırım is an oral and maxillofacial surgeon who has placed more than 12,000 dental implants over his career, with a particular focus on full-arch immediate-loading protocols such as All-on-4 and All-on-6, bone grafting, and sinus lift procedures. He plans every case on 3D CBCT imaging and personally performs each surgical stage, from atraumatic extraction to final implant placement. At Operla Dental he leads the surgical department and the complex-case board that reviews every full-mouth rehabilitation before treatment begins.

Because most of his international patients complete treatment from abroad, he has built Operla Dental's remote-monitoring workflow, reviewing every patient's progress scans personally and adjusting treatment plans without unnecessary flights to Istanbul.
