All-on-4 excels when bone is limited because it avoids grafting; All-on-6 offers greater stability, better load sharing, and the ideal base for a zirconia bridge when bone allows. Your CBCT scan gives a definitive answer, and we recommend honestly — never simply the more expensive option.
For patients with sufficient bone, strong bites, or a preference for full zirconia, the two extra implants add meaningful long-term insurance: forces are spread across more fixtures and the bridge spans are shorter and stiffer. Even with the additional implants, the total cost in Istanbul remains far below an All-on-4 in most Western countries.
All-on-6 needs somewhat more available bone than All-on-4 because the implants are distributed further back in the jaw.
